By using Waifu2x Online, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service Description

Waifu2x Online provides AI-powered image upscaling and enhancement services. We use third-party AI models to process your images.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Upload content that violates others' rights
• • Attempt to abuse or exploit the service
• • Use automated systems to overload the service
• • Resell access to the service without permission

Credits and Payments

• •Subscription credits follow the reset policy of your plan
• •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your images through our AI pipeline. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Service Availability

As an independent project, I strive to keep the service running smoothly, but I can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. I am not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
